Duo Towers

The project proposes volumetric atomization, creating a reading of 3 bodies, breaking with the obligatory heaviness of proposals in a single and unique large mass. The Park Terrace, planned with important landscaping and tree planting work, is proposed as a green transition between the parking platform and the residential towers that appear to float over it. The materiality of the towers is proposed in exposed brick for the duo towers worked with openings that appear as punctual perforations and balconies with volumetric accents also worked punctually; in contrast, the connection volume between towers is proposed with glazed expression with metallic plates and floor-to-ceiling windows. The spatial configuration proposed for the 24m2 apartments allows for a 2-room furnishing so that a living area can be added to the bedroom area.
