COMMERCE

Spaces for commerce. Because they are spaces where public life takes place and where strong social interaction occurs, designing them imposes and involves the challenge of avoiding physical barriers and achieving connections in every sense that can vitalize the experience.
We understand the main purpose of these buildings to be opening their activities to the city and playing with the way flows, spaces, and events connect and chain together in a passionate exploration in search of relationships.
Experience. The experience in our projects arises as a result of the appropriate design of architectural connectivity sequences and the proposed events, along with the careful management of their overlap.
Tectonics. The detailed design, modeling, and pre-visualization of structures allow us to fully integrate them into the building’s language and achieve a seamless harmony with the whole. In our works, we aim for structures to take a leading role, as this grants us greater freedom to propose an iconic and recognizable spatiality.
